Our principle: never scrape
What we never do
We never scrape other property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, NoBroker or any other), never bulk-harvest state portals or bypass CAPTCHAs, and never publish owners' names or build owner look-up features from land records.
Land-record and EC checks happen one property at a time, at the owner's request and with their consent, and the result is stored as a document on that listing. See our privacy policy.

Attribution appears next to every map and wherever footprints, guideline values or price indices are used — for example on locality insights and project pages.
CiyaR's own data
- Listings, photos and reviews are contributed by users under our terms.
- Median rents, price per sq.ft, days on market and demand are computed from listings on CiyaR and are indicative.
- Neighbourhood scores (0–100) are computed from distances to and density of OpenStreetMap points of interest, and are labelled as indicative.
Share-alike obligations
OpenStreetMap and Microsoft footprint data are under the ODbL. We keep data derived from them in separate tables so that the share-alike obligations apply only to those layers. If you would like a copy of an ODbL-derived database we produce, contact us.
