- Enquire through CiyaR — the lister sees your request, not your phone number.
- Visit at a slot the lister has opened, with reminders on both sides.
- Apply or offer. Renters share documents from a consent-based vault; buyers make offers and track counter-offers.
- Agree and pay safely. Agreements are generated from templates; payments go only to the verified UPI QR shown in the app, and receipts are recorded.
- Move in with a checklist, and leave a review after 30 days.
