Verification explained
- Owners
- ID + property proof: EB bill, property tax receipt or the first page of the sale deed. Land: patta/chitta and FMB sketch.
- Agents
- RERA agent certificate, photo ID and office proof, plus the owner's consent for each listing.
- Builders
- RERA promoter registration and a RERA project number for every project — mandatory and shown on the project page.

Is listing really free?
Yes. Owners list for free and pay no brokerage on CiyaR leads. Optional paid services (CiyaR management, featured placement) are clearly marked.
How does verification work?
Owners verify with an ID and a property proof (EB bill, tax receipt or the first page of the sale deed). Agents verify with their RERA agent certificate, ID and office proof. Builders must provide RERA promoter and project registration numbers. Verified listings get a badge and rank higher.
Who can see my phone number and address?
Nobody, until you choose. Seekers contact you through CiyaR; the exact address is shared only after you confirm a visit or accept an enquiry. The map shows an approximate area unless you choose an exact pin.
How long does a listing stay live?
60 days. Refresh it with one tap to keep it live and near the top of search. Mark it rented or sold when you're done.
