Will it always be free?
Core listing, searching and contacting will stay free. Later we may offer optional paid extras — for example a “Featured” placement for a listing or project, or fees for CiyaR property management where we collect rent and handle maintenance for you. If we introduce anything paid:
- it will be clearly labelled (featured listings will say “Featured”),
- prices will be published on this page before they apply, and
- nothing you are already using for free will be switched to paid without notice.
What we will never charge for
- Seekers contacting a lister or applying for a property.
- Showing the verified badge you have earned.
- Access to your own data, or deleting it.
Agent commissions are set by the agent, not by CiyaR, and are shown on each agent's profile. Questions? Contact us.
