For agents and brokers
Step 1:Create your verified profile
Add your TNRERA agent registration number, firm, office, languages and the localities you serve. Verified agents appear in Find an agent.Step 2:Bring your inventory

Every enquiry lands in your lead pipeline with source, budget and status. Book visits, log notes and follow up from your phone.Step 4:Close and collect
Track offers and deals, generate agreements, and collect rent for owners you manage — free.
For builders and developers
Step 1:Claim your project with its RERA number
Project pages show your TNRERA registration with a link to the state RERA site — it is mandatory on CiyaR.Step 2:Publish everything buyers ask for
Configurations with prices, floor plans, brochure, approvals, amenities, bank tie-ups and a master plan.Step 3:Keep inventory live
Mark units available, blocked, booked or sold by tower and floor. Buyers see the real picture instead of “limited units left”.Step 4:Post construction updates
Monthly progress with photos and % complete builds trust and reduces “what's the status?” calls.
Our rules
- Disclose your commission on your profile; it is shown to seekers before they contact you.
- Never present yourself as the owner. Listings that do are removed, and repeat offenders lose verification.
- Keep listings current — mark them rented or sold, or they expire.
- Seeker documents may be viewed only for the application they were shared for; every view is logged.
Free during launch — see pricing.
