4. Step 4:Screen applications

   Review applicants, verify their documents (with their consent) and send an offer. Documents of applicants you reject are deleted automatically after 90 days.

5. Step 5:Agreement and payment

   Generate a rental agreement or sale agreement from templates, collect the advance to your own UPI QR and confirm receipts in the app.

6. Step 6:Keep it running

   Optionally hand over day-to-day management — rent collection, maintenance, tenant changes — to CiyaR.
